This is not a western bluebird.
Western bluebirds are scrappier than this and their colors more vivid. No offense meant to these cute little eastern bluebirds. Although the guy on the left appears surly; maybe he and his wife just quarreled. This is sialia, versus sialia mexicana out here, where I've seen 'em wearing cowboy hats and spurs.
