I've not been to a political rally since my dad took me to see Bobby Kennedy when I was twelve years old. But my sister-in-law called and said she had tickets, and I thought it might be an educational experience for my twelve-year-old daughter. We were lucky...although it was cold, we met friends near the front of the line and didn't have to wait long to get inside because an Obama volunteer told people with kids, including us, to go in. Then, after going through security, another Obama representative asked if we would like to sit on the risers directly behind where he would speak. Sure! Here is a view from our perspective.
