On a Sunday visit with friends to Salman Raspberry Ranch near Mora, E. beat the rain there and beat the rain back. The rule: pick only pretty ones, no smushed. None that weren't ripe, none discolored or with holes, all at their peak. A very green place indeed and when you looked up, thousands of little...red...dots.
